Top drawer dealer made buying the car a pleasure

Chris is clearly someone who cares very much about his business and customers, we hit it off immediately. Very smooth and simple process, this was a long-distance transaction, a 3 hour train journey, Chris picked us up from the station in the car we were there to buy (first time seen in the flesh) exactly as described, everything geared to a one-trip sale, car was ready, new MOT dated yesterday, could NOT have done more, even paid my Dartford Crossing fee for the journey home! Quattro Tech have a fabulous set-up, no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Just purchased my first car from Chris at Quattro Tech, what a great experience very pleased with the Q3. The whole thing was pretty seamless with the help of Claire one happy owner. Main Skoda 'dealership' forgot to reset my service interval notification correctly to a 2 year interval despite being advised, in writing, to do so; popped into Quattro Tech St Ives done straightaway with no charge (although I did make an unofficial contribution..) great friendly service they will now be carrying my servicing - very many thanks!!

Wonderful friendly staff that left us to look around the car and test drive it unpressured Clare then took us through all the vehicle documents before leaving us to make our decision. The vehicle was then detailed again before being delivered on the agreed date and time by a very friendly driver. Excellent service throughout the purchase process.

Chris has been fantastic throughout the sales process. Top PX valuation, great to deal with, prompt with responses. Just wanted to express my thanks to Chris; I have an ankle injury at the moment, so he organised next day delivery, stopped at the petrol station to put a full tank of fuel in, and even went to the post office to tax my new vehicle due to the online system being down. We had found the car online, it was clean and accessible for us to take on a test drive, for which a good circuit had been provided. Claire made us feel very at ease from the start and gave us the space to get a feel for the car. They seem to ensure the cars they sell are of the highest quality, have a full MOT and any all extras (such as tyres and brake pads) are reviewed and replaced is required. The best buying experience we’ve ever encountered. We will be returning for servicing!

Bought a Skoda Superb from St Ives branch last month, very impressed with the service from start to finish. Chris, Jake and Clare were all really helpful and professional. I had a minor issue with the car and they got it back in the workshop quickly and got it sorted with no hassle to me at all, gave me a hire car and the communication was great. Excellent buying experience

This company is the best online dealer I have ever dealt with, Chris was fantastic . Great communication and even sent me a detailed video of the car. I had a long journey from Leeds but Chris was waiting at the station and let me drive the car back to the garage to make sure I was happy with everything. The paperwork was simple and ready for me in advance, the car had been serviced and included a full year Mot and a 6 month warranty with roadside assistance. The price was more than fair and certainly worth the 240 mile round trip.

Rob and Chris are great to work with. Literally gave me the keys and said there you go take your time etc etc. gave me a map of where to go mixture of roads to test the car out. Collection very easy didn’t take long at all. Had a few little issues in the first few months it’s a used car at the end of the day. but the warranty covered that and for things that the warranty didn’t cover they agreed some goodwill. Can’t say fairer than that. Definitely use them again without a doubt even if it is a 2.5 - 3 hour drive. It’s worth it.

Having bought my fair share of cars over the years, Quattro Tech Cars was a breath of fresh air. I had to replace a car during the pandemic. The sales man that sold me the car was very thorough to make that I still got the service standards that they hold themselves to. The condition video that I got of the car was exactly as the condition car when it arrived at my home. Even at point of delivery there was now pressure to buy the car. Brilliant experience from true specialists!

My experience at Quattro Cars was fantastic! I rang Chris at around 6:30pm in the week about a car I was interested in and he was more than happy to run me through it no problem. They was extremely patient with me while I was selling my car to in order to purchase this new car. When I arrived everyone was super helpful. This was the first Audi I had ever owned and Chris showed me around all the MMI and the interface, I have never had this at another car dealership, usually they just hand you the keys and you just have to figure it out! But they was more than happy again to show me how it all works. Overall a brilliant experience, and I will definitely be using Quattro Tech again!

Brilliant service

Recently purchased an R line Passat from Quattro Tech Cars and have nothing bad to say about them. The service was excellent and friendly. The night before picking up the Passat they noticed one of the tyres was low and losing pressure, so they went out of their way to get a brand new one of the same make before I arrived to pick it up. They also noticed that there was no spare wheel included with the car so rectified this immediately. If there are any issues they will always try to find a solution. Customer service is at the forefront of this company , I would happily buy from Quattro Tech Cars again and would highly recommend them.

Excellent seller

This was my first time buying an expensive car (even though the price was very good) compared to older used cars and Chris couldnt have been more helpful. He was an expert on the car and clearly knows and is passionate about the cars he sells. With covid and snowy weather he was accommodating and very covid secure. He made it as good as he possibly could to buy a car even with the restrictions in place. Finally a nice touch as I was driving away in my new car chris noticed the fuel light was on and therefore gave me some money towards diesel to get me home. I would definitely recommend Quattro Tech and will no doubt be back in the future.

I’d highly recommend Chris and his team. We were looking at a few different VW Passats, but as soon as I spoke to Chris, we didn’t look any further. His knowledge towards cars he sells and his care towards his customers is 2nd to none and was obvious the minute I spoke to him. Even though things didn't necessarily need doing on the car we were looking at, to put our minds at ease he did them. A real hassle free experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a new car!

Great car buying experience with Chris. He really looked after us, and found the perfect VWPassat estate that kept us both happy. A lovely clean car in great condition and such a lovely colour! From first hearing about the car, to driving away in it was just a week! It arrived from Edinburgh, and was serviced, valeted, MOT’d and sold to us so quickly! Chris took all the usual anxiety of buying a car right away without ever once making us feel under any pressure to buy. He was brilliant to deal with and we highly recommend Quattro Tech Cars.

Exceptional service. My campervan had a flat battery on the morning of the service & MOT and wasn't going anywhere! Darryl & the QT team organised a jump-start on my driveway and then drove it to St Ives. Later that afternoon all work was complete (plus a new battery) & I was able to pick it up. It was great to see visible precautions being taken in the current COVID-19 conditions with minimal face to face contact required, and the cleaning of keys, payment pinpad and touched parts of the car to provide a safe service. The guys at Quatrotech are brilliant by far the best place I've ever used, the work is always carried out to the highest standard and done quickly without compromise. There have been a few times I've called them randomly in the past with issues and they have helped me out over the phone or recommended something. Whole team is great and if you value hard work and great customer service then you should go along and try them out.

Another great job completed by the team at QT, this time a grille replacement after hitting a pheasant. They are friendly, helpful and charged me less than half of the main dealer's quoted price. Highly recommended.

It was only replacing a battery in my car key but went in and within a minute a employee was there to sort out the problem. Even though it was a small issue he was professional and sorted it. We have had our car serviced there as well and the service was the same excellent.

Amazing!!!! Couldn’t say anything bad about them. Excellent service, really friendly, full of information about the car I was wanting to buy and made sure when I picked the car that nothing was wrong and that the car was safe to drive. Really easy to and a great selection of great cars. The inside of the business was clean and tidy and due to covid sanitiser was provided, and kept a distance but still delivered great sales and customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone to buy a car here as you wouldn’t be disappointed at all with your investment.

Experience was very good from the get go, we rang before hand and told them the car we was coming to look at, they brought it round to the front for us and once we arrived let us look inside also. They let us have a test drive of the car for about 10 minuets (a lot longer than other places) Once a price was agreed on the whole process was quick and easy taking no more than 20 minutes from payment to getting it on the road. Couldn't recommend them more!
